ChatGPT Plugins Are Live For Plus Users 🧲️

OpenAI is rolling out 70+ plugins to ChatGPT Plus users this week.

Up until now, AI has primarily served as a tool for generating content and code. Plugins make complex tasks more feasible.

As promised, we spent the weekend filtering through the nonsense threads on your feed (i.e., “1,000x productivity with these plugins”) to find the ones truly worth using:

  1. ChatWithPDF/AskYourPDF: upload and ask questions about your documents. Big upgrade, but some users are reporting that it’s buggy.
  2. Browsing: Finally access the internet with this one (no more September 2021 cutoff). Also huge, but it takes way longer than a regular Google search.
  3. Zapier: This can execute tasks across your workflows without leaving the interface, like sending emails, creating events, and updating spreadsheets.

All of these tools are beneficial, but we're uncertain how they'll fare against business platforms that are quickly incorporating AI into their own products.

Google, for instance, demoed products last week that compete across each of these three areas (Tailwind for files, AI Search, and Duet AI).

Why it matters: While ChatGPT still reigns in quality — we got early access to Duet in Gmail and found it pretty limited in customizability — companies capable of integrating AI into their ecosystems have a big distribution advantage.

FROM OUR PARTNERS

Mm-hmm, sure. So, what’s the catch?

We know it may sound too good to be true. But it’s not only possible, it’s happening—and thousands of investors are smiling all the way to the bank, thanks to the fine-art investing platform Masterworks.

These results aren’t cherry-picking. This is the whole bushel. Masterworks has built a track record of 8 exits, the last 3 realizing +13.9%, +17.8%, and +21.5% net returns even while financial markets plummeted.

But art? Really? Okay, skeptics, here are the numbers. Contemporary art prices:

  • outpaced the S&P 500 by 131% over the last 26 years
  • have the lowest correlation to equities of any asset class
  • remained stable through the dot-com bubble and ’08 crisis

We Launched A Tools Directory (& New Website) 🚢

You asked, we delivered.

Last month, we gathered feedback from thousands of readers. The prevailing question was clear: which AI tools are actually worth using?

We spent the last month filtering through thousands to identify the ones you need.

Today, we're thrilled to introduce The Neuron Tools, a curated directory of the top AI products you need for work.

It’s divided into 10 business use cases, with areas like content generation, meeting recording, and the infamous slide deck.

For each tool, we tell you everything you need to know:

  • Key features.
  • Pricing details.
  • Pros & cons.
  • Our honest review.

If you’re ready to finally make your life easier with AI, visit our directory ASAP.

Looking forward: Over the coming months, we’ll be adding more recommendations for categories like embedding chatbots, data analytics, and repurposing content!

And expect more detailed content on how to leverage AI to enhance productivity at work because you deserve better than clickbait thread-bois.

P.S. If you think something is missing from the list, make sure to tweet your suggestions at us!
