IDK why, but we can’t help but whimsically picture a ripped, shirtless Jeff Bezos atop Mount Olympus, launching thunderbolts at rivals in a quest for “customer obsession.” You too, right?

GPTs Are The Next $1 Trillion Ecosystem Of Apps.

On Monday, OpenAI announced The GPT Store—the App Store for chatbots.

Consider the App Store. iPhones come with preloaded apps, but anyone can publish their own app and make money from it.

Same thing with Shopify, Salesforce, & Android—thousands (millions, even!) of businesses built atop each platform.

GPTs are versions of ChatGPT specialized for specific tasks—like giving startup advice, analyzing product trends, or summarizing YouTube videos—all built with no code, just words.

Case in point: event planners can use a dedicated event planning GPT vs. figuring out the exact right way to prompt ChatGPT.
This same GPT might integrate valuable documents and tools, pulling real-time updates from local event ordinances and managing your event schedules directly within ChatGPT.

So how can you take advantage & become the next shirtless Bezos?

Someone’s gotta configure these GPTs!

Building a GPT that makes one task 10x easier than prompting ChatGPT could leave you with a healthy side business. This might be building a GPT on top of:

ChatGPT prompts that you’ve kept in your toolbelt (e.g., how to write world-class press releases).
information that’s hard to find but that could be relevant for other people (datasets, standards, rules, custom guidelines, etc).

Endless ideas, and you early adopters get first dibs on staking your claim.
