The past few weeks have been a buffet of AI chatbot advancements—here’s our latest scoop on the top models:

Tier 1.

ChatGPT-4 Turbo (COMING): This model powers ChatGPT+, and yesterday OpenAI teased a “majorly improved” version on the way.

IDK what “majorly” means, but initial feedback from API tests hints at notable enhancements in coding, RAG, and a knowledge update to December 2023.
Looks like ChatGPT-4 Turbo could reclaim the throne from Claude 3 Opus soon!

Claude 3 Opus (AVAILABLE): Anthropic’s best model that’s on par with ChatGPT-4. Best for both creative and professional writing (read our full review).

Gemini 1.5 Pro (COMING): Google’s next big thing, which has a massive context window handling up to 700,000 words, just opened to developers in Studio (everyone else can try it on Poe here!).
